They encourage, recognise, and promote excellence in customer service, and have been servicing commitment of Australian businesses for over 2 decades! One of the major benefits of Australian Achiever is that businesses are evaluated specifically against the peers within their own sector.
A few years ago, a client strongly encouraged CSI to apply and take part in the Australian Achiever Awards as they thought it may be a good opportunity for exposure and recognition.
There are 25 award industry categories in total. Our category security services industries and supplies have four sub categories. Below are our results for every year since we first entered. We are extremely proud of our team and overwhelmed by our ongoing customer’s support. The voting system and honest feedback provides a true indication of how we are performing.

This year for security industry specialised services we achieved an overall score of 99.69%* for customer relations and service. This is an outstanding result at a level very few achieve and shows our customer service approach is one of the highest standard.
The CSI specialised services we provide are technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) bug sweeping, close personal protection, consultancy – risk mitigation and investigation services.

I am extremely happy with CSI Criminal Security Intelligence. Everything Stuart did for me was excellent. I obtained quotes from many security businesses before I came across CSI. Stuart has gone over and above expected levels of service. He has taken the time to understand our personal needs. He even contacted up post-service to check in on how the security system was performing. We receive the same consideration as a business, which I appreciate.
It is sometimes difficult for the staff to get information from tenants as some are less cooperative with the security system, so the combined security also depends on us. But CSI Criminal Security Intelligence have been excellent. They are always professional and very supportive of us. They rate extremely highly and make my job a whole lot easier.
